Item #104 from my collection is this is a beautiful early hand-wired version in the desireable maroon color.  Pictures can’t capture all the good looks that this one has going for it, but I will try to describe.  Very well preserved original glossy finish is almost totally void of any type of scratches, just the slightest evidence on the back that pictures cannot detect.  The metal is without damage and bright gold.  The insides are clean as well and everything functions as you would expect a Zenith to. 

Part of this package is the original leather carrying case in excellent condition and the grey felt bag to assure that you don’t add any scratches to this beauty when you are not displaying it. 

Specifics are a 7XT40 chassis serial # 27,313.  This could be the showcase quality example of an early hand-wired Royal 500 that you have been looking for.
