Here is an early small portable from Admiral. This is a 7 transistor radio that operates on 4 AA batteries. It measures 6″ wide and sports a nice metal handle.
When batteries were inserted, the radio played but softly. The cabinet is chip and crack free and in nice condition so it displays very well. Made in the USA.
