    is the serial number located in between the 2 sets of batteries?? I think I have found mine to be 243,379 the thing looks brand new, i found it in a closet of my house that i bought a few years ago and kind of re-found it tonight and decided to see what it was.

    I think my serial number is 244440 if thats the number between tha battery compartment
