This is for a model FT-007 stereo FM transmitter from CC Crane. This is a popular option for streaming a signal from an Amazon dot (or equivalent) and playing it through your FM radio. Nice that it works on 2 AA batteries, but if you use it a lot, the optional AC adaptor saves batteries, and it is also included!
